‘Tween Waters Inn creates new policy regarding oil crisis for customer benefit
‘Tween Waters Inn Island Resort announced on Monday the release of a “Clean ‘Tween Policy,” to ensure visitors can plan and reserve vacations at ‘Tween Waters Inn without financial concern.
The “Clean ‘Tween Policy” provides a per-diem refund, including taxes, should the beaches of Captiva Island be closed by state or federal officials due to oil concerns, during a guest’s stay at the Resort. The Resort hopes that “Clean ‘Tween Policy” will allow the public to plan their vacations to Captiva Island without worry.

“Our beaches are currently clean and oil free and projections are that they will stay that way,” said ‘Tween Waters Inn manager Jeff Shuff. “However, our top priorities are the happiness and comfort of our guests, which is why we have created the ‘Clean ‘Tween Policy.'”
In addition, as part of a daily monitor program, the live beach camera at ‘Tween Waters Inn (www.tween-waters.com/beachcam) reports no oil or traces of oil on the beaches of Captiva Island.
