Pfeifer Realtor receives prestigious industry designation
Stephen McBane, of Pfeifer Realty Group, recently received his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation after completing a series of intensive professional development courses that educate realtors on local, state and national real estate practices and standards.
The GRI is a program of the National Association of Realtors and administered through State Realtor Associations. To receive the designation, McBane completed 90 hours of coursework which provide realtors with a strong educational foundation on industry business practices, trends, technology, legal and regulatory standards, and ethics.
With 15 years experience in managing commercial property in the Tampa Bay area, McBane a resident and visitor of Sanibel Island for nearly 40 years began his full-time career in real estate in 2006. In 2007, he was named “Real Estate Rookie of the Year” for Sanibel and Captiva Islands by VIP Realty.
McBane attended Washington University & graduated from Principia College. He is looking forward to beginning work on his Broker’s License.
