Video Scene of Sanibel celebrates move to new location
Video Scene of Sanibel, the island’s only video rental store, is moving locations in the Bailey’s Plaza Shopping Center.
On Saturday, May 16, the store will run a promotion offering five movie rentals for $5 to celebrate the opening of its new location on Monday, May 18.
The promotion will run all day Saturday in the current location in Bailey’s Center, and will be closed Sunday while the staff moves into the newly painted, renovated outlet that was formerly The Shell Net.
“We have been in the current location for almost 12 years and we wanted to stay within the Bailey’s Center – where our customers know us well – but we wanted a space that was more appropriate for our needs,” said Ken Driscoll, owner of Video Scene of Sanibel. “We are all very excited about the new site. It has a fresh look and an updated feel that will give our customers a better experience all around.”
Video Scene of Sanibel will open its doors in the new location, between the Barber Shop and Hillgate Communications on Monday, May 18 at 10 a.m.
