Pfeifer Realty Group welcomes Drobnyk
Tim Drobnyk recently joined Pfeifer Realty Group as a Broker-Associate bringing to the organization an extensive background in commercial real estate and development.
Drobnyk is a long-time resident of Southwest Florida, having lived here permanently since 1995, and his family has lived here since the early 1980s. He is a nine-year resident of Sanibel Island.
His experience in the local real estate market includes serving as broker/owner with Dean Kenneth Properties operating in the Sanibel and Cape Coral markets. Drobnyk also has extensive knowledge of the building and housing market having worked in sales and management for regional and national home builders operating in Lee County where he specialized in single-family homes, new construction and investments.
Drobnyk’s history in the area and in the Sanibel and Lee County housing markets will offer current and future Pfeifer Realty Group clients an extensive knowledge of the local housing market and the Sanibel-Captiva community.
“I have a lot of local mileage,” he said. “Assisting people as they go through the decision-making process of buying or selling a house is extremely rewarding.”
Drobnyk has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Elon University in Elon, N.C. He is a Florida Certified Residential Contractor. He is active in the Sanibel community as a coach with the Sanibel Little League.
