CCA to present holiday-themed Porch & Patio
Tickets are available for the Captiva Civic Association’s (CCA) next event in a season series.
The CCA will host its Jingle and Mingle Porch & Patio on Dec. 10 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Captiva Civic Center on Captiva. Holiday themed, it will feature live music, light fare and refreshments.
“It’s an opportunity to bring the community together to enjoy each other’s company and celebrate the holidays together,” Director Lauren McCraney said.
Festive attire is encouraged.
“Festive attire, but probably with flip flops,” she said.
Mark Dupuy will provide a tropical Christmas musical vibe.
“He plays multiple instruments, including the guitar and flute,” McCraney said.
“And we’ll have a little bit of a surprise jingle in store,” she added.
Catering by Leslie Adams will serve up light hors d’oeuvres.
“Cocktails, wine and beer,” McCraney said of the refreshments that will be available.
R.L.R. Investments is the sponsor for the 2025-26 Porch & Patio series.
“We’re honored and excited to have them participate in our Porch & Patios this year and appreciate their continued support,” she said.
Karen Bell and the Bell Team is the sponsor for the CCA’s 2025-26 season.
“Karen Bell has been a longtime member of the CCA, so we’re grateful to have her not just as a sponsor but as a member,” McCraney said.
Tickets are $15 for non-members or free for members with RSVPs requested.
The community is invited to secure their spot.
“It’s important to take the opportunities to be with people in celebration of life and that’s what this is all about,” she said. “This is a season of gratitude, so this is our opportunity to say our gratitude to the community.”
