FDOT: Nighttime lane closures on causeway
The Florida Department of Transportation reported that during the nighttime/overnight hours of 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. today, May 7, through May 9, motorists should expect a flagging operation on the Sanibel Causeway west of the toll plaza for crews to complete the final striping of the roadway. Motorists are advised to use caution and watch for workers and construction vehicles entering and leaving the roadway.
