Rotary Club holds meetings with speakers
The Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club welcomed Monica Lopez, community advocate and Seniors Program coordinator for The Heights Foundation in Fort Myers, as its guest speaker at a recent meeting. She spoke about the free programs offered to keep older residents active and engaged in the community. At its most recent meeting, the club welcomed Captiva Civic Association Foundation Board of Governors President Lisa Riordan as its guest speaker. She spoke about the CCA and Protect Captiva coalition, sharing information about Lee County land use changes and proposed redevelopment plans from South Seas.
