Lee Elections: Deadline to submit Signature Cure Affidavits
The Lee County Elections Office reported that the deadline to submit Vote-by-Mail and Provisional Ballot Signature Cure Affidavits for the 2024 General Election is Nov. 7 at 5 p.m.
Voters who received notification from the office of a signature discrepancy on their Vote-by-Mail or Provisional Ballot must complete and return a Signature Cure Affidavit, along with a copy of an approved form of identification, to ensure their ballot will be counted.
The signed affidavit and a copy of identification may be returned by mail, fax, emailed as an attachment, or hand-delivered to any branch office location.
