SCUCC to present jazz group
Part of Gospel Fest, the Sanibel Congregational United Church of Christ will host the Jazz Ensemble Experience on July 7 at 10 a.m. at 2050 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. The group is known throughout Southwest Florida for its lively and innovative arrangements of both jazz and gospel tunes. It will perform “Down by the Riverside,” “Swing Low, Sweet Chariot,” “Come Sunday,” “Mercy, Mercy” and “When the Saints Go Marching In.” For more information, contact the church at 239-472-0497.
