Part of the Lee County Library System, the Captiva Memorial Library is offering the following free programming:

The library is open on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m.

Brimming with astonishing visuals, step-by-step explanations of everyday space work in action and job profiles of the people who make it happen, the “Behind the Scenes at the Space Station” tour is the perfect way to spend an hour and experience life in space. The event is part of the Summer Reading Program. Registration is required.
