Rotary holds meeting with speaker

The Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club welcomed Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation sea turtle biologist Jack Brzoza as its guest speaker at a recent meeting. He spoke about sea turtle nesting on the islands and record nesting numbers. Brzoza also provided guidance on how to keep the islands sea turtle-friendly during nesting season. The club meets on Fridays at 8 a.m. at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel, and via Zoom. For more information, visit sanibelrotary.org.
