Tulips found on Sanibel

Olivia Caschera, 14, and Matteo Caschera, 11, both of Cleveland, Ohio, each found a banded tulip on March 10 at Tarpon Bay Beach on Sanibel. It was their first time back on the island after Hurricane Ian and they reported that the shelling on Sanibel was incredible.
