City’s self-service portal undergoing maintenance
Effective at 5 p.m. today, Jan. 26, the city of Sanibel’s technology vendor is performing maintenance on the city’s Online Permitting, Licensing & Business Tax system and its Sanibel Self Service web page.
During the maintenance period, the public will not be able to access their accounts through the online portal, make business tax payments, submit new permits or request inspections. It is estimated that the maintenance will be completed no later than Jan. 27 at 8 a.m. Once it is complete, access to the public will be restored and users may log into their accounts as usual.
The city thanked the public for its patience.
