UPDATE: Aquatic facilities remain closed at rec center
UPDATE: The Sanibel Recreation Center reported that due to unforeseen circumstances, the aquatic facilities at the center will remain closed today, Jan. 30, and Jan. 31. Additionally, the water exercise class at 10:30 a.m. will not be held, and the youth swim team (SWAT) on Jan. 31 has been canceled. Additional updates will be forthcoming. Center staff expressed its appreciation for the community’s understanding.
