City reports on holiday operation hours, refuse collection

The city of Sanibel’s Administrative Offices will be closed on Dec. 25-26 in observance of the Christmas holiday. They will resume regular office hours on Dec. 27. For more information, contact City Hall at 239-472-3700.

Refuse, recycling and vegetation waste collection will not have trash pick-up on Dec. 25, resulting in a one-day delay to the schedule. For more information, contact Waste Management at 239-334-1224.

The Sanibel Recreation Center will be closed on Dec. 25. It will resume regular operating hours on Dec. 26. For more information, contact the center at 239-472-0345.
