Volunteers sought to collect propagules
COASTAL WATCH
Coastal Watch is looking for residents to collect free-floating red mangrove propagules. They will be used in restoration plantings to help restore hurricane-damaged mangrove habitats in Southwest Florida. The propagules can be found while walking the beach, kayaking, paddle boarding or boating along creeks and waterways.
