VIP Realty Group announces top producers for month
VIP Realty Group announced its top producers for the month of August.
Dan Cohn had the top sales. A Sanibel resident, he began his career in real estate in 1979 and is a Certified Residential Specialist. Cohn is a member of the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Board of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and Residential Sales Council. He has been the top company salesperson four times and top listing agent eight times, with over $250 million in closed sales on the islands. Cohn was winner of a 2015 Best of the Islands award.
The team of Tina DiCharia and Glen Simmons had the top listings. DiCharia has been a court reporter for over 30 years and owned and operated a reporting agency. She is a past member of the Sanibel-Captiva Islands Realtors Association board of directors. With a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore, Simmons was a Missouri state trial judge, registered patent and trademark attorney, and past president and current board member of the Sanibel-Captiva Association of Realtors.
Karen Bell and the Bell Team, which includes John Bates, Holly Peeples and Sherrill Sims, were the top producer. Since 1986, Bell has been a prominent broker in the region. She was recognized as the “Best of the Islands” Best Realtor in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2017. The Bell Team was recognized as the “Best of the Islands” Best Real Estate Team in 2009, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2021 and 2022.
