Hirdie Girdie announces guest artist

The Hirdie Girdie Gallery will feature contemporary water media artist Barbara Albin as its April guest artist. She will be available to discuss her inspiration, painting process and techniques on April 7 from 5 to 7 p.m. at a Meet the Artist event.
