Symposium to focus on Sanibel Plan, CEPD strategic plan
The Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation will host student-professor symposium on Nov. 19 from 9 a.m. to noon at the Bailey Homestead Preserve, at 1300 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.
It will address the Sanibel Plan, best practices for mangrove trimming, and building a strategic plan for the Captiva Erosion Prevention District.
The symposium is open to the public, and no registration is required.
