Gulf Coast Chamber Orchestra announces new season

The Gulf Coast Chamber Orchestra recently announced its lineup for the 2021-22 season.
It will present 12 concerts at the Gulf Coast Symphony’s Music & Arts Community Center, featuring symphonic masters to the diverse voices of today’s best composers. It will collaborate with the Gulfshore Ballet twice and perform with the Fort Myers Symphonic Mastersingers, as well as present two young pianists.
The lineup for its 27th season is as follows:
– Oct. 9: Salute to Woman Composers
– Oct. 16: Divertissements with Gulfshore Ballet and VIP Gala
– Oct. 23: Schumann, Mozart and Haydn
– Nov. 20: Gaelic Symphony by Amy Beach
– Dec. 17-18: Holidays with the GCCO
– Jan. 8: American Voices
– Feb. 12: GCCO with the Fort Myers Symphonic Mastersingers
– March 5: Chopin Piano Concerto #2 with Ningxin Zhan and Farrenc Symphony No.2
– March 19: The Strings of the GCCO
– April 2: Mozart Piano Concerto #20, K.466 with Brian Lin
– April 9: Spring with the Gulfshore Ballet
– April 22: Earth Day Concert
