Dog licenses on sale for Sanibel
City dog licenses are on sale at the Sanibel Recreation Center, at 3880 Sanibel-Captiva Road, Sanibel.
The cost of a license is $10 by Jan. 31 or $15 on or after Feb. 1.
Proof of current rabies inoculation is required at the time of purchase. Since veterinarians give rabies inoculations with 1-to-3-year validity, provide the expiration date on the dog license application and not the date the inoculation was given.

Only service animals are allowed inside of the center.
