CCP group seeks Elsa flood photos
The Captiva Community Panel’s Stormwater Study Group is seeking the community’s help. Anyone with photos of flooded areas on the island from July 7-8 are asked to submit them, along with the location of where they were taken, to help the group document areas with stormwater issues. Photos can be emailed with their location descriptions to captivacommunitypanel@gmail.com.
