Refuge administration building, visitor center closure
The J.N. “Ding” Darling National Wildlife Refuge reported that since July 4 falls on a Sunday, and the Visitor & Education Center closes every Sunday, staff will observe Independence Day on July 5; the administration building and center will be closed. Wildlife Drive and its trails, Bailey Tract and Tarpon Bay Explorers will remain open during regular hours.
