Walk-ins welcome this week at Lee Health vaccine clinic

In an effort to increase availability of the COVID-19 vaccine in the Southwest Florida community, Lee Health is accepting walk-in appointments this week at its vaccine clinic at Gulf Coast Medical Center.
The clinic will be available for walk-ins until the afternoon of May 21.
To make an appointment, visit www.leehealth.org.
Anyone age 12 and older can receive their vaccine at Lee Health. Receipts do not need to be a Lee Health patient; the clinic is open to everyone in the community. A parent or authorized guardian must accompany a minor for vaccination. There is no cost for vaccination.
To receive a vaccine at the clinic, come to the main entrance of Gulf Coast and check in at the front desk. Bring personal identification and insurance card if you have one. A mask is required to enter any Lee Health facility.
The clinic is open from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
You are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving your final dose of the vaccine. For more information on vaccines, visit https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/index.html.
