VIP Realty Group announces top producers for month
VIP Realty Group announced its top producers for the month of March.
James Hetmanek had the top sales. A Sanibel resident since 1993, he joined VIP Realty in 1998. Hetmanek is an associate broker and graduate of the Real Estate Institute, and he is a Certified Residential Specialist, International Marketing Specialist and Sanibel & Captiva Island Specialist.
Amy Wainwright had the top listings. She moved to Sanibel in 2006 and in 2013, she earned her Realtor’s license and joined VIP Realty. She has earned the title Rookie of the Year and became an Honor Society member. Wainwright is president-elect of the Sanibel Captiva Realtor’s Association.
The team of Lynda and Kit Traverso was the top producer. The Traversos have been selling real estate on Sanibel and Captiva since 1988, with sales exceeding $500 million. They were recognized as the 2017 Associates of the Year for the islands, along with VIP Realty’s All Company Number One Agent.
