Lion’s paw found on Sanibel

Cathy Zimmer Bass, of Sarasota, found a lion’s paw on March 27 while digging through a shell pile near Access #2 along West Gulf Drive on Sanibel. She was visiting her parents, Fred and Diane Zimmer, of Sanibel. Diane Zimmer reported that it is her daughter’s first lion’s paw.
