FDOH-Lee, South Seas to offer vaccinations
The South Seas Island Resort and Florida Department of Health-Lee will offer COVID-19 vaccinations on April 14 from 1 to 5 p.m. — by appointment only — for employees and residents of Captiva.
The first dose will be delivered in the resort’s ballroom and conference center.
The follow-up second dose will be offered on May 2.
Eligibility requirements to participate include:
– Florida resident
– At least 18 years old
– Be available for both doses
A Florida driver’s license or identification card or rental agreement for Florida must be presented at time of appointment.
