F.I.S.H. secures second, COVID vaccine pop-up site
F.I.S.H. of Sanibel-Captiva has secured another chance for islanders to get the COVID-19 vaccination — by appointment only — on April 9 at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.
Approximately 300 doses will be available and F.I.S.H. is uncertain as to which manufacturer will be supplied. Should a second dose of the vaccine be required, those will be administered on April 30.
F.I.S.H. will again be assisted by island partners, including TCH, Rotary Club of Sanibel-Captiva, Sanibel Police Department and city officials, Sanibel Fire and Rescue District, parish nurses, medical offices, pharmacies, and F.I.S.H. volunteers.
Appointments will be available on a first come, first served basis.
