Scotch bonnet found on Cayo Costa

Dorothy Sadd, of California, and Lynne Biggar, of New York City, found a Scotch bonnet on Nov. 14 on the south end of Cayo Costa. Sadd reported that she and her family have been visiting Sanibel for 48 years, but it was Biggar’s first time. She added that they were the lucky one’s post-Tropical Storm Eta, while some of the beaches and docks were less so. Sadd expressed a thank you to the barrier islands for another magical moment.
