Kingfisher announces top producer for month
Kingfisher Real Estate announced its top listing and selling agent for the month of October.
Valerie Tutor was the top listing agent. A native Floridian and graduate of the University of Central Florida, she is the former owner of a consulting firm and previously worked in marketing and public relations. Tutor believes in developing a connection that fosters mutual trust and confidence.
Brooke Brownyard was the top selling agent. She has been a real estate sales leader and multi-million dollar producer on Sanibel for the past 24 years. A designated Sanibel & Captiva Island Specialist, Brownyard is a member of the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of Realtors and the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association.
