VIP Realty Group announces top producers for the month
VIP Realty Group announced its top producers for the month of December.
The team of Kit and Lynda Traverso had the top sales. The Traversos have been selling real estate on Sanibel and Captiva since 1988, with sales exceeding $500 million. They were recognized as the 2017 Associates of the Year for the islands, along with VIP Realty’s All Company Number One Agent.
Charles Sobczak had the top listings. He has listed and sold nearly 1,000 homes on Sanibel, and he has sold properties in more than 80 island subdivisions and 75 condominium complexes.
Deb Smith was the the top producer. She has a background in accounting and holds the Second Home and Resort Specialist, Sanibel Captiva Island Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Senior Real Estate Specialist.

VIP Realty Group announced its top producers for the month of November.
Deb Gleason had the top sales. An islander since 1958, she is a graduate of the University of South Florida and holds the Island Specialist Certification. Gleason also is a member of the Sanibel Historical Preservation Council.
Mary Lou Bailey had the top listings. She was the VIP All Company Number One Agent in Lee and Collier counties in 2010-2011, 2013, 2015-2016 and 2018. Bailey also has served in several leadership positions with the Sanibel-Captiva Association of Realtors.
Karen Bell and the Bell Team, which also includes John Bates, Holly Peeples and Sherrill Sims, were the top producers. Since 1986, Bell has been a prominent broker in the region and recognized as the “Best of the Islands” Best Realtor in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2017. The Bell Team has been recognized as “Best of the Islands” Best Real Estate Team in 2009, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
