San-Cap Art League to host meeting
The Sanibel-Captiva Art League will hold its monthly meeting on Nov. 21 from 1 to 3 p.m. at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.
The guest speaker is Jo-Ann Sanborn, an Everglades artist. Her work is enjoyed by international collectors across the United States, Canada, Europe, Scandinavia and Africa. Sanborn has been honored with solo shows and numerous awards and is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Women Artists.
The meetings are free and open to the public.
The Sanibel-Captiva Art League activities include weekly plein aire events, shows, newsletters, community support and more. The club’s current president is Anita Force Marshall.
