Caloosahatchee Oxbow Cruise

The Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation will host a Caloosahatchee Oxbow Cruise from 1 to 3:30 p.m. The guided trip provides an opportunity to gain a perspective on the river, its history, folklore, issues and solutions as participants explore the historic upriver Caloosahatchee. Follow it back to a time when a waterfall served as the headwaters of the Caloosahatchee and settlers braved living amongst the wilderness.
