LOGOS children’s ministry at Sanibel Community Church kicked off its season with an “Under the Sea” adventure. The children enjoyed rec fun, Bible stories and a deep sea fishing craft. The fun continued even through dinner as the children were hooked with Chicken of the Sea (chicken strips) and buttered sea creature pasta. They giggled with laughter as they received their jiggling Jell-O loaded with gummy sharks. The evening ended with an “Under the Sea” relay race. Each table with the help of their table parents loaded up with as many fishing, diving, and swimming apparatuses available and raced back and forth swapping with their shipmates.
