It is last call to buy tickets for the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation’s end-of-season fundraiser, Beer in the Bushes, set for April 20, from 6 to 10 p.m. at the SCCF Nature Center on Sanibel.

Attendees will enjoy craft beer and food truck offerings, live music, dancing and a few surprises.

“We are very humbled and grateful for all of the support that SCCF gets from our local community to put on an event like no other that you will find on Sanibel,” event creator Jeff Siwicke said. “This year’s headliner, Langhorne Slim and the Law, will have the crowd singing and dancing with them, but that is only one part of this not-to-be missed evening.

“Besides the amazing headlining act, we are bringing in another act that will not be a ‘support’ act for long. The soul stylings of Miss Tameca Jones are a force of nature not to be missed. You don’t want to be late this year,” he added. “Please help us celebrate our community by dressing in all white and see what we have in store for you at this year’s Beer in the Bushes.”

A rain or shine event, it is open to ages 21 and older.

Advance tickets are $70 and can be purchased at www.beerinthebushes.com.

Event proceeds support SCCF’s mission of conserving coastal habitats and aquatic resources on Sanibel and Captiva and in the surrounding watershed.
