Donations still being accepted for Almost Spring Bazaar
Sanibel Congregational United Church of Christ will host its annual Almost Spring Bazaar on Feb. 23 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church, at 2050 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel.
New and gently used furnishings and housewares, jewelry and accessories, toys, artwork, bromeliads, silent auction items and books are among the array of items that will greet shoppers.
A stop at the baked goods table is a must.
Items in the sale are contributed by donors, with the proceeds distributed to local groups that help families. The Sanibel Congregational Women in Mission organizes for the event year-round.
Donations will be accepted until Feb. 20; electronics and clothes are not accepted. To have large items picked up or for assistance, contact Linda Danner at 203-984-5892 or Carol Good at 618-201-6252.
