VIP Realty Group announces top producers for the month
VIP Realty Group announced its top agents and sales teams for the month of December.
The team of Teresa Baker and Glenn Carretta had top listings. A Realtor, Baker has designations from the Graduate Realtor Institute, as a Sanibel Captiva Island Specialist and a broker’s license. Working exclusively on the islands for nearly three decades, Carretta has consistently ranked within the top 20 Realtors.
Mary Lou Bailey had top sales. Bailey, who attended Marquette University, was the VIP All Company Number One Agent in Lee and Collier counties in 2010-2011, 2013 and 2015-2016. She has also served in several leadership positions with the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of Realtors.
Ted Benjamin was the top producer. A Realtor, Senior Real Estate Specialist and Sanibel Captiva Islands Specialist, he was named VIP’s All Company Rookie of the Year, has earned a place in VIP’s President’s Club and is the 2019 treasurer for the Sanibel and Captiva Islands Association of Realtors.
