Shells, sand dollar found on islands
Laura Barnes, of Zionsville, Indiana, found a shark eye shell on Jan. 10 on a sandbar in front of Loggerhead Cay on Sanibel. About a week before, she found a lace murex shell on the same sandbar. Barnes also located an arrowhead sand dollar on Jan. 8 while visiting Cayo Costa.
