Point Ybel Brewing to support SCCF
An event to benefit the Sanibel-Captiva Conservation Foundation’s water quality efforts will take place on Jan. 13 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Point Ybel Brewing, at 16120 San Carlos Blvd, Suite 4, Fort Myers.
The Jon Stickley Trio. a three-piece acoustic band, will perform.
Proceeds from Point Ybel’s new “Sanibelian Local Lager” will benefit SCCF Marine Laboratory’s water quality efforts; Point Ybel will donate $2 for every pint sold.
A suggested donation of $10 at the door comes with a pint of Sanibelian Local Lager.
SCCF staff will be on hand to answer questions and discuss ongoing water quality issues affecting Southwest Florida.
The genre-defying Jon Stickley Trio combines flatpicking guitar with sultry violin melodies and classical, jazz influenced drumming to create textural soundscapes.
