The Sanibel Island Golf Club men recently played a 2-Man Point Total, with a blind draw for teams. Coming out on top was the team of Anthony Baldino and Mick Denham, followed by Jim Hopson and Jerry Mader in second place. Third place went to the team of Fred Zimmer and Mike Jacobson.

The Sanibel Island Golf Club ladies golf recently took part in a game of three queens and a king. Each group was paired with a gentleman to form the teams, then off they went to play a shamble. The winning team’s score of 46, which included a 20 on the front nine, finished five strokes ahead of the next group. The winning team included Tracey Tenney, Mary Wright, Sue Belanger and Dave Guthery.
