VIP Realty Group announces top producers for the month
VIP Realty Group announced its top agents and sales teams for the month of October.
The team of Glen Simmons and Tina DiCharia had top sales. With a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore, Simmons was a Missouri state trial judge, registered patent and trademark attorney, and past president and current board member of the Sanibel-Captiva Association of Realtors. DiCharia has been a court reporter for over 30 years and owned and operated a reporting agency. She is a three-year term member on the Sanibel-Captiva Islands Realtors Association board of directors.
Mary Lou Bailey had the top listings. Bailey, who attended Marquette University, has been the VIP All Company Number One Agent in Lee and Collier counties in 2010, 2011, 2013, 2015 and 2016. She has also served in several leadership positions with the Sanibel-Captiva Association of Realtors.
Charles Sobczak was the top producer. Sobczak has listed and sold nearly 1,000 homes on Sanibel, and he has sold properties in more than 80 island subdivisions and 75 condominium complexes.
