H2O students have swinging good time
Twenty members of Sanibel Community Church’s H2O youth program, along with their leaders, visited TreeUmph in Bradenton on Nov. 17 for a day of adventure and fun in the trees. An “elevated outdoor adventure park with climbing, suspension bridges and zip line courses for all levels,” there are five levels of rope climbing in the adult course. Each course gets more intense in skill and ability, and only five out of the group made it through all five levels. H2O Student Ministries is for sixth- through 12th-graders that meets on Wednesdays from 5 to 7 p.m. for middle-schoolers and from 6 to 8 p.m. for high-schoolers, as well as on Sundays from 11 a.m. to noon at Sanibel Community Church. All students on the island and surrounding communities are welcome. For more information, call 472-2684 or visit www.sanibelchurch.com.
