COTI Conversations to address island issues
The Committee of the Islands will hold COTI Conversations on Dec. 7 at 10 a.m. in the Founders’ Room at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. The 90-minute event is open to members and those seeking to become members; memberships available at the door. President Mike Miller and Board Members Larry Schopp and Barbara Joy Cooley will moderate. Topics will include water quality, deep injection wells, minimum flow level rule and regulation of nutrients, along with traffic congestion, proposed Eden Oak development project, city ordinances and issues facing the Sanibel Recreation Center and Center4Life.
