Nearly 300 people crowded BIG ARTS’ performance hall, veranda decks and garden as it welcomed back its members and offered a sneak peek at the proposed building to be erected at the current structure on Dunlop Road, using the same footprint. The plans were presented, along with renderings on easels for viewing and an animated video by architect Amy Nowacki. A film presentation followed, with remarks by outgoing board Chair Hyde Tucker, incoming Chair Susan Heisler, Vice Chair and capital campaign Chair Jim Pigott, and Executive Director Lee Ellen Harder. The event also featured a buffet, bar and music by The Bill Harris Experience.
