Rotary, SCUCC to hold meal packing event for storm victims
The Sanibel-Captiva Rotary Club and Sanibel Congregational United Church of Christ will hold a “Meals of Hope” meal packing event on Nov. 10 starting at 10 a.m. at The Community House, at 2173 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. Rotarians, church members and community volunteers are needed at the “assembly line” type of event to package 25,000 meals that will be designated for distribution to recent hurricane hit areas.
