Halloween party to give back to CHR
Lily & Co. Jewelers, co-sponsored by Sanibel Catering Co., will host a Halloween party today, Oct. 31, from 5 to 9 p.m. to benefit Community Housing and Resources on Sanibel. Eight local celebrities will transform into drag queens and then perform under a hand-picked stage name at 7 p.m. Guests will vote for their favorite contestant, with the winner raising the most money. There will be live and silent auctions, and the Marty Stokes Band will perform. The Sanibel Catering Co. will serve a buffet-style meal and refreshments, including a cash bar. The entrance fee is $35 and includes food and two drinks.
