The ‘Tween Waters Island Resort and Spa held its annual Hallo’Tween Party and costume contest on Oct. 27. The evening featured dinner and drinks, along with live music by Gatlin, deejay entertainment and dancing. Three cash prizes in the amounts of $1,000, $500 and $250 were awarded in the contest.
