The intergenerational ministry of GenOn Logos kicked off its welcome back bash by hosting Backwards Night on Oct. 3 at the Sanibel Community Church. Children enjoyed wearing their clothes backward, playing backward relay races and eating an upside-down ice cream cone. Youth ages 3 through 5th grade gather on Wednesdays from 3:30 to 6:45 p.m. to participate in music, recreation, crafts, Bible study and a family-style meal. Sanibel Community Church is at 1740 Periwinkle Way. For more information or to register, contact Holly Patton-Roark at 239-472-2684.
