MacIntosh Books, Paper kicks off annual bookmark contest
MacIntosh Books and Paper is taking submissions for its 2nd Annual Bookmark Design Contest.
Open to children ages 12 and under, this year’s theme is “Reading on Sanibel!”
Drawings must be 2 1/2 inches by 6 1/2 inches, or close to that size.
“This is your opportunity to showcase your artistic abilities and send your love of books out into the world,” owner Rebecca Binkowski said. “Be creative and show us where you like to read on Sanibel.”
The prize pack includes a $50 gift certificate. In addition, the winning bookmark will be given away with the purchase of any children’s book from November through May, or while supplies last.
Entries must be submitted in person or by mail to MacIntosh Books & Paper, 2330 Palm Ridge Road, Suite 6, Sanibel, Fl 33957. The deadline for submissions is Sept. 30.
