Sanibel Community Church to study the life of Paul the Apostle
Sanibel Community Church will present a new Bible study, “Life of Paul the Apostle” by Robert Picirilli, starting today, June 6, through July 25.
Led by Pastor Doug Hummer, the seven-week study will be held at noon in the Sanctuary.
Picirilli will take participants on a comprehensive journey following the life, times and epistles of Paul the Apostle. They will study Paul’s life against the backdrop of the Greco-Roman and Jewish cultures in which he was raised. This will be combined with knowledge of the ministry of Paul throughout his life, complete with an introduction and brief analysis of each epistle.
The book is recommended and available in the SCC Carpenter’s Caf & Bookstore.
